4. אימות דו‑שלבי (2FA) — בוחרים שיטה אחת: אפליקציית מאמת (מומלץ — Google Authenticator, ‏Authy, ‏Microsoft Authenticator) או קוד באימייל (6 ספרות, תקף 10 דקות, לשימוש חד‑פעמי).

• בוחרים תוכנית — Start ‏$49, Prop ‏$99 או Fleet ‏$199 לחודש — ו/או את מוצר העתקת המסחר (קופסה אחת עם בורר Copy 1 / Copy 2 / Copy 3). ב‑Prop וב‑Fleet העתקת המסחר כבר כלולה. כל מנוי כולל גם בניית אסטרטגיה AI בכל חודש: Start 1, Prop 2, Fleet 5, WeAlgo 5 (לא מצטבר לחודש הבא).

• פוזיציות פתוחות ופקודות/סטופים אצל הברוקר לא נוגעים בהם — הם באחריותך.
• המנוי ממשיך ומחויב גם בזמן ההקפאה, וספק האירוח מחייב על השרת בנפרד.
• חיבור מחדש משחרר את ההקפאה אוטומטית (תוך כמה דקות). השרת עצמו לא נמחק.

• ברירת מחדל: השרת הקטן ביותר שמריץ את המנוע - 1GB (Linode כ‑$5 לחודש, DigitalOcean כ‑$6), בחיוב הספק בחשבון שלך. 1GB = עד כ‑3 אסטרטגיות / חשבון אחד; 2GB = עד כ‑8 / 3 חשבונות; 4GB ומעלה ליותר.
• אזור מומלץ: ארה״ב - שיקגו, הכי קרוב לבורסה (CME). Linode — us‑ord (שיקגו, ברירת מחדל); DigitalOcean — אין שיקגו, ברירת מחדל nyc3. אזורים מחוץ לארה״ב מוסיפים השהיה לכל פקודה.
• אפשר לבחור גם מהקטלוג החי של הספק. האפשרויות מסוננות עד $200 לחודש, והבחירה נבדקת שוב ברגע היצירה.

• מחובר = הסוכן דיווח על עצמו ב‑150 השניות האחרונות.

• מומלץ לשלוח פקודות לימיט עם מחיר מפורש, כהגנה מפני החלקה. market הוא רק ברירת המחדל הטכנית.
• סטופ ויעד מומרים מנקודות מחיר לטיקים של הברוקר לפי גודל הטיק של החוזה. אם גודל הטיק לא ידוע — הבראקט מושמט במקום להיות מנוחש, ונשלחת פקודה רגילה.
• סגירות יזומות (flatten / cancel) נרשמות כפקודות אמיתיות, כדי שיופיעו ביומן וב‑P&L.
• ב‑Paper כניסת לימיט מתמלאת רק כשהמחיר עובר את הרמה לפחות בטיק אחד, כמו בשוק אמיתי.

• זמין בתוכניות Prop ו‑Fleet, במסך חדר מסחר.
• גרף עם טווחי זמן, סוגי גרף, אינדיקטורים וכלי ציור, ולצידו DOM — סולם מחירים עם bid, ‏ask, המחיר האחרון והפקודות שלך (הפיד אינו כולל עומק שוק). לחיצה בסולם שולחת לימיט או סטופ.

• עדיין בלי חשבון מסחר? הגרף עובד גם כך, עם נתוני שוק מושהים ב‑10 דקות, לצפייה בלבד. חבר חשבון מסחר כדי לקבל מחירים בזמן אמת ולסחור.
• חשבון שנמצא בסימולציה שולח פקודות בסימולציה בלבד.

• Breakeven — כפתור בטרמינל חדר המסחר ובטאב ההעתקה שמזיז את הסטופ למחיר הכניסה, רק כשהפוזיציה כבר ברווח (לעולם לא מזיז סטופ נגד הפוזיציה). משתקף אוטומטית לעוקבים בהעתקה. אם אצל עוקב מסוים הסטופ-החדש היה ממלא מיידית — ההזזה אצלו מדולגת בכוונה (הסטופ הישן נשאר, ועולה התראה במקום).
• גרירת SL/TP ופקודות לימיט על הגרף — מזיזה בפועל את הפקודה אצל הברוקר, בלי חלון אישור.
• ביטול מהגרף — משתקף אוטומטית לכל עוקבי ההעתקה, וכך גם פתיחת פקודות תלויות-ועומדות (לא רק ביטולים).
• סימוני כניסה/יציאה וספירה-לאחור לסגירת נר — מוצגים ישירות על הגרף.
• סנכרון יומן מסחר ל‑ProjectX ול‑Rithmic דרך חיבור הברוקר הקיים.
• חשבון מושבת עדיין יכול לסגור/לצאת מפוזיציות קיימות — חסום רק מפתיחת פוזיציות חדשות.

• להעביר את הסטופ ל-Breakeven — בפוזיציה פתוחה שכבר ברווח, לוחצים על הכפתור "Breakeven" בחדר המסחר (או בשורת החשבון בטאב ההעתקה). הסטופ שלכם עובר למחיר הכניסה, כך שהעסקה כבר לא יכולה להסתיים בהפסד. אם הפוזיציה עדיין לא ברווח, הכפתור לא יזיז את הסטופ — זו הגנה מכוונת.
• לערוך את הסטופ (SL) או היעד (TP) — פשוט גוררים את הקו על הגרף למחיר החדש. השינוי נשלח מיד לברוקר, בלי חלון אישור נוסף, אז כדאי לגרור בזהירות למחיר שבאמת רציתם.
• לבטל פקודה ממתינה — לוחצים על ה-✕ ליד קו הסטופ/היעד על הגרף. אין צורך לעבור לטאב אחר.
• איך זה עובד אם אתם עוקבים (Copy Trading) — כל פעולה שהמוביל (leader) מבצע — כניסה, הזזת סטופ/יעד, Breakeven, ביטול פקודה, סגירת פוזיציה — משתקפת אצלכם אוטומטית, בגודל פוזיציה שמותאם לחשבון שלכם. אין צורך ללחוץ על שום דבר בעצמכם. במקרים נדירים שבהם הזזת סטופ אצלכם הייתה גורמת לסגירה מיידית (למשל אם השוק אצלכם קצת שונה באותו רגע), המערכת משאירה את הסטופ הישן במקום ומתריעה לכם — זה נועד להגן עליכם.
• חשבון מושבת — אם החשבון שלכם הושבת (למשל לבקשתכם או לצורך תחזוקה), עדיין אפשר לסגור פוזיציות פתוחות קיימות; רק פתיחת פוזיציות חדשות חסומה.

• רושמים תיק מבחן בחינם, בתוך המכסה של התוכנית: Start 1, Prop 5, Fleet 15 תיקים פתוחים.
• אין חיוב - לא בפתיחה, לא באימות כרטיס ולא במעבר המבחן.
• בלי תוכנית (כולל מוצר העתקת מסחר בלבד) אי אפשר לרשום תיק מבחן.
• כשתיק מסומן כעבר או נכשל, החשבון המקושר מפסיק כניסות חדשות עד לחיצה על חידוש מסחר.

1. Fill in the registration form (email, password, full name, phone, country and language, plus the consent boxes), or continue with Google or GitHub - the very same form, where you also choose a password (so you can later sign in with email and password too). We do not ask for a national ID or passport.
2. Email - enter the code we send to your email address. With Google or GitHub this step is skipped (the email is already verified) and you go straight to the phone step.
3. Phone, over WhatsApp - enter your mobile number, then send us the code shown on screen on WhatsApp, from that same number (you can also scan the QR code). The confirmation arrives automatically. A verified phone is required before you connect your first broker.
4. Two-factor authentication (2FA) - choose one method: an authenticator app (recommended - Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) or a code by email (6 digits, valid 10 minutes, single use).

• Choose a plan - Start $49, Prop $99 or Fleet $199 a month - and/or the Copy trading product (one box with a Copy 1 / Copy 2 / Copy 3 selector). Prop and Fleet already include copy trading. Every subscription also includes AI strategy building every month: Start 1, Prop 2, Fleet 5, WeAlgo 5 (unused ones do not carry over).
• Eval portfolios are not bought separately - they are included in your plan quota (Start 1, Prop 5, Fleet 15).
• Have a code? Enter it in the code field and click Apply - the updated price is shown before you pay. A code with promotion terms needs the “I have read and accept the promotion terms” box ticked.
• With WECORE30 the button says “Start 30 free days” - access starts right away, with no credit card and no payment page.
• Otherwise continue to the secure payment page of our payment provider. A new plan on monthly billing starts with a 7-day trial and a $5 (refunded immediately) card verification.
• As soon as the payment is confirmed, your dashboard opens. If the confirmation is still on its way, you see a short waiting screen with a button to try again.
• Connecting a broker account requires an active plan or the Copy trading product, and a verified phone.

1. Connect a broker account in Brokers (see “Connecting a broker”).
2. Choose your path: your own strategy with a webhook (Strategies and Subscriptions), or a WeAlgo subscription.
3. Save the account’s risk rules in Risk.
4. Check a few orders in Simulation in Signals and Trades.
5. When you are ready, switch the account from Simulation to live trading in Risk.

• Sign in with your email and password, then enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. An account without an authenticator app receives a code on its verification channel.
• After several wrong passwords the account is locked for a short while, and then you can try again.
• Forgot your password while signed out? Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page, enter your email, and continue with the code we send.
• Forgot your password while signed in? In Account → Security, click “Forgot password?”. We send a code to your verification channel and you set a new password without being signed out.

• 2FA is set up during signup and protects every sign-in.
• In Account → Security you can create backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe.
• New phone or lost device? While signed in: Account → Security → turn off two-factor authentication → I lost my device. Enter your password and the code we email you, then set up 2FA again on your new device.
• If you are signed out and cannot get a code, write to us through the contact form and we will help you.

• Your plan limit counts active accounts: Start 2, Prop 10, Fleet 30 (plus any seats you bought); with the Copy trading product Copy 1 10, Copy 2 30, Copy 3 unlimited. Live, demo and Paper accounts count together; a disabled account does not count.
• The Brokers screen shows “N of M active accounts”.
• When one login brings more accounts than your limit (a funding-firm login, for example), every account is saved and shown, but only up to the limit are active. The rest are marked “Over the plan limit”. You choose which ones are active with Enable / Disable.
• An account over the limit gets no new entries and cannot be used for strategies or copy trading. Exits and closing an open position always work.
• On a downgrade the newest accounts above the new limit are disabled (not disconnected). On an upgrade they come back automatically; an account you disabled yourself stays off.
• Accounts on your own trading server are counted by your WeAlgo subscription, not by the website plan.

• Rithmic - live, for funding firms such as Apex, Lucid and more, with a real connection test performed at connect time.
• ProjectX (TopstepX) - live, for Topstep accounts. You connect with your TopstepX username and an API key (not the password), then choose which account to connect.
• tastytrade - a retail futures broker. Click “Connect with tastytrade”, sign in on tastytrade’s own site and approve access - WeCore never sees your password. You need an account approved for futures, with two-factor authentication on at tastytrade.
• WeCore Paper - a built-in simulation account with a $100,000 starting balance and no broker login. Its prices come from one of your connected Rithmic or Topstep accounts.
• Tradovate / NinjaTrader - marked “soon” and not available yet.

1. In Risk, save the account’s risk rules (at least once).
2. Switch Simulation off for that account - from then on it trades on the real account.

1. Subscribe to ProjectX API Access at dashboard.projectx.com. Topstep traders: code topstep = 50% off.
2. In TopstepX go to Settings → API, click Link to attach the subscription, then Add API Key. Copy the whole key.
3. In WeCore pick ProjectX, enter your TopstepX username and the API key (not the password), click "Show my accounts" and pick one.
4. One key covers all your Topstep accounts. Each account is a separate connection, and they are grouped together under "Topstep" in the accounts list.

1. The account has signed in to R|Trader Pro once and accepted the agreements there.
2. The funding firm chosen on the connection matches the account.
3. If both are correct, contact your funding firm to confirm the account is enabled for API trading.

• A single login covers all of its sub-accounts.
• While WeCore is connected, close R|Trader Pro or any other platform that uses the same credentials.
• WeCore checks for this automatically and shows a clear message if another session is detected.
• An account that runs on your own trading server connects from that server only.

• An email / Telegram message is sent only if the account is still disconnected after 3 minutes. A short drop that recovers by itself sends nothing, and “reconnected” is sent only after a disconnection message was sent.
• For a network or temporary drop the message says WeCore reconnects automatically - nothing needs to be done.
• Only when the login itself is the problem (password, permission, or an expired / revoked authorization) are you asked to reconnect from the Brokers screen.

POST https://wecore.org/api/webhook/<your-token>

1. In the Condition field pick your indicator, then in the lower menu choose alert() function calls only.
2. Under Notifications enable Webhook URL and paste the address - port 443 only (plain https).
3. The Message field: in alert() mode TradingView ignores it entirely, because the JSON is emitted by the Pine code itself - so it can be left empty.

• Rate - up to 120 alerts per minute per token. The limit is keyed on the token and not on the IP address, deliberately: TradingView sends from a shared IP pool, and an IP-based limit would throttle one customer because of another.
• IP allow-list - per address you can choose: everything (the default), TradingView’s official IPs, or your own list. An IP not on the list gets a 403.
• Every hit is written to the audit log, including the full signal payload.

• buy / sell - enter long / short.
• add - add to an existing position (side required).
• exit / cancel / sl_hit / tp_hit - flatten whatever is open on that symbol. Idempotent: no position means nothing happens, and that is not an error.
• breakeven - moves the stop to the entry price (or breakevenOffset points into profit). Done new-stop-first, old-stop-after, so the position is never unprotected for a moment.
• protect - attaches an SL and TP to an already-open position in one command (OCO): whichever fills first cancels the other.

• Full format: root + month code + year, e.g. MNQZ2026. We convert automatically to your broker’s format (Rithmic: MNQZ6; ProjectX: the matching TopstepX contract).
• Month codes: F Jan, G Feb, H Mar, J Apr, K May, M Jun, N Jul, Q Aug, U Sep, V Oct, X Nov, Z Dec.
• You do NOT need to write the full dated contract - the recommended form is the product's continuous ticker (MNQ1! · MES1! · MGC1!), and we resolve it to the current front-month contract automatically - so you never have to update the alert when a contract rolls each quarter. Resolution happens on entry actions.
• You may still send a specific dated contract (MNQZ2026). If you send a contract that has already expired (e.g. a September ticker after expiry), we auto-roll it to the current front month on entries, so the broker will not reject it. Exit/cancel actions are sent exactly as written, to act on the real open position.
• What you DO need to get right: mini vs micro (MES vs ES) - the dollar-per-point differs a lot, a common cause of a position looking 10x too big/small.
• Tick snapping - every limitPrice and stopPrice is rounded to a valid tick before being sent, so you can send the raw Pine close price.

• The engine runs on your server - not on our infrastructure.
• The price feed comes from your own broker account - not from us.

• Billed monthly.
• Cancel any time - with no partial credit, like every cancellation on the platform.
• Ceilings for a single checkout: up to 5 servers, 20 accounts, 7 strategies. Beyond that it is a conversation, not a form.
• Discount codes work on WeAlgo exactly as they do on everything else.

1. An active WeAlgo subscription.
2. Your own trading server, connected and ready (see "Trading server").
3. A broker account connected to that server. How many accounts is set by the subscription - with no active WeAlgo subscription it is zero.
4. Choosing which strategies to turn on, up to the subscription’s allowance.

• What you need at the provider: an active, verified account with a valid payment method. Without it the provider will not let a server be created.
• No account yet? Create a Linode account (new accounts get a $100 credit for 60 days after adding a valid payment method) or create a DigitalOcean account (sign-up credit under DigitalOcean’s terms).
• Approve with the account (or DigitalOcean Team) that holds the payment method, and approve everything that is requested.
• Keep the approval connected for as long as the server runs.

• If WeCore loses access to your account at the provider (the approval expired or was revoked, or the provider account needs attention), you get an email right away, a reminder after 24 hours and a final warning after 48 hours - each with a “Reconnect” button.
• The provider card in the servers screen shows “Needs reconnecting” with a Reconnect button.
• If the connection is not restored within 72 hours, your account is frozen: no new automated trading and no strategy activation. Signing in, reconnecting, billing and support stay open.
• Open positions and orders / stops at your broker are not touched - they remain your responsibility.
• Your subscription keeps renewing and billing during the freeze, and the hosting provider bills its server separately.
• Reconnecting lifts the freeze automatically (within a few minutes). The server itself is not deleted.

• Default: the smallest plan that runs the engine - 1 GB (Linode ~$5/month, DigitalOcean ~$6/month), billed by the provider to your account. 1 GB = up to ~3 strategies / 1 account; 2 GB = up to ~8 strategies / 3 accounts; 4 GB+ for more.
• Recommended region: US Chicago, closest to the exchange (CME). Linode - us-ord (Chicago, default); DigitalOcean has no Chicago, nyc3 by default. Regions outside the US add delay to every order.
• You can also choose from the provider’s live catalogue. Options are filtered to $200 a month or less, and your choice is re-validated at creation time.

• Online means the agent checked in within the last 150 seconds.
• If the stage shows failed, there is a retry-install button, or you can delete and recreate it, or contact support. An email explaining this is sent as well.

• One active server per provider - delete the existing one before creating another.
• How many accounts may run on that server is decided by your WeAlgo subscription, not by the website plan. With no subscription it is zero.
• Pausing a server, deleting it, or disconnecting the provider immediately revokes that server’s agent token and closes its connection.

• Yearly billing is 20% off, paid once a year in advance: Start $470.40/year ($39.20 per month, billed yearly), Prop $950.40/year ($79.20 per month, billed yearly), Fleet $1,910.40/year ($159.20 per month, billed yearly).
• 7-day trial (monthly billing) with a $5 (refunded immediately) card check.
• The price shown is the amount charged.
• The Trading Room and active protections (daily-loss auto-close, red-news protection) - on Prop and Fleet.
• Full trade history and CSV export - on every plan.
• WeAlgo is sold separately and is not part of a plan (Fleet gets 20% off WeAlgo).
• Eval portfolios are included in the plans and are not sold separately.

• Copy trading is included in Prop and Fleet - there the product is not sold and shows “Included in your plan”.
• For everyone else the Copy trading product is sold on its own or with Start. With Start every limit is the higher of the two (not the sum).
• A “broker connection” is one login (one Rithmic login with several accounts is one connection).
• Switching tier up or down - from the same box in plan selection, after a confirmation: a new subscription starts now, the previous one stops automatically, no proration. Your current tier is marked “Current”.
• Switching down is blocked while you have more accounts or broker connections than the lower tier allows - the message says how many to disconnect first. Nothing is disconnected for you.
• Copy trading product only (no plan): connect brokers, the copy-trading tab, positions and orders, billing and support. Webhooks and TradingView, strategies, WeAlgo and the trading server, eval portfolios, the Trading Room and extra seats need a plan.
• Extra account seat: $8 on Prop, $5 on Fleet. Extra copy follower: $5 (Prop / Fleet).

• History - payments, renewals, failures and cancellations that actually happened.
• Upcoming - the recurring lines: your plan, the Copy trading product, account add-ons and WeAlgo.
• The WeAlgo line is priced from what you are actually charged, not from the price list.

• A 100% code - free access without going through the payment processor. No recurring subscription is created, and the access period comes from the code. It does not auto-renew.
• A partial code - a real subscription at the discounted price. A code can have a duration (for example “50% off the first month, then the regular price”); 3 days before it ends you get a reminder, and at the end a secure payment link to continue at the full price - never a double charge.
• WECORE30 - 30 days free on a website plan (Start / Prop / Fleet), with no credit card and no automatic charge. Sign up with the code by 2.11.2026 23:59 (Israel time) and get a full 30 days from activation. Not valid on WeAlgo; no extra accounts can be added during the promotion (the Copy trading product is the exception). After the 30 days, continue on a paid plan. One redemption per customer.
• WEALGO50 - 50% off the first month of WeAlgo only, until 2.11.2026 23:59; then the regular price. It does not apply to a website plan and cannot be combined with WECORE30.
• A code from an ad link is remembered in your browser for 30 days and filled in automatically at plan selection. You tick the promotion-terms box yourself.
• Campaign measurement with Meta (optional) - when you sign up or pay with a campaign code, an extra unticked box appears: consent to sharing your encrypted email and the sign-up event with Meta for campaign measurement only. You do not need to tick it to get the offer. Turn it off any time in Settings → Notifications (“Campaign measurement with Meta”) or at privacy@wecore.org.

• Cancel from the billing screen, item by item: plan, the Copy trading product, WeAlgo or an add-on.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. There is no proration and no partial refund - this matches the platform terms.
• Cancelling the Copy trading product: for a Start customer copy groups are paused (nothing is deleted); with no plan the account becomes view-only until you buy again.
• Cancelling WeAlgo does not touch your server: after the period ends the engine simply stops receiving the strategies.
• You can also remove the saved card.
• Deleting your account (Account → Security) cancels all of your subscriptions.

• Max daily loss - in dollars. When the day’s P&L reaches minus that amount, new entry signals are blocked.
• Max open positions - defaults to 1.
• Max position size - the largest number of contracts per order.
• Allowed symbols - up to 30. Matching is on the instrument root, so MNQ covers MNQZ6 and MNQH7 and a quarterly roll does not break the list.
• Simulation - on for every new account. Orders are checked and recorded, but do not reach the broker.
• Auto-stop when the limit is reached - see below.
• Automatic pre-news protection - ahead of a high-impact economic release, a position in profit is protected automatically.

• Checked every 10 seconds.
• The condition: the account’s realized P&L for today has reached minus your max daily loss. Unrealized P&L is not counted.
• The action: every open position is flattened and every working order cancelled on that account, an audit entry is written, and you are notified.
• It fires once per calendar day per account. After it has fired, max daily loss still blocks new entries, but auto-close will not run again that day.

• Auto-close and red-news protection are included in the Prop and Fleet plans. You can turn them off at any time.
• Daily loss is counted per broker account, not aggregated across your accounts.
• Accounts running on your own trading server are not evaluated centrally - their protection runs in the agent on that server.
• Max open positions, by contrast, is counted across accounts for the same symbol. That is the usual explanation for a block that looks wrong.

• percent and risk_percent require known account equity.
• risk_dollar and risk_percent require a stop-loss defined in points.
• All of them require a known point value for the symbol.
• If anything is missing the order is blocked, never guessed. The result is always rounded down, and anything under one contract is blocked.

1. Rate limit (120 per minute per token).
2. The IP allow-list, if you enabled one.
3. Entitlement filtering by plan and strategy - a signal that is not covered is marked filtered and is not an error.
4. The one-open-position-per-symbol lock - it blocks a new entry if you already have a position open on that symbol, regardless of which strategy.
5. Position sizing.
6. The account’s risk rules.
7. Dispatch to the broker.

1. Automatic submission is off on the subscription - turn it on in the subscription settings.
2. A risk-rule block reason on the order row.
3. A broker connection error (the red indicator in Brokers).
4. The account is still in Simulation - the order was simulated only.
5. The open-position lock on that symbol.

• We recommend sending limit orders with an explicit price, as protection against slippage. market is only the technical default.
• Stop and target are converted from price points into the broker’s ticks using the contract’s tick size. If the tick size is not known, the bracket is omitted rather than guessed and a plain order is sent.
• Deliberate closes (flatten / cancel) are recorded as real orders, so they appear in the journal and in P&L.
• On Paper, a limit entry fills only when the price trades through the level by at least one tick, as in a real market.

• Available on the Prop and Fleet plans, in Trading Room.
• A chart with timeframes, chart types, indicators and drawing tools, next to a DOM - a price ladder with bid, ask, last and your own orders (the feed has no market depth). Clicking in the ladder places a limit or a stop.
• Long / Short position tool - draw a planned trade on the chart with its entry, stop and target.
• Brackets - send an entry with a stop loss and a take profit attached. With split exits you can set several stop and target legs, each with its own distance and quantity.
• Legs on the chart - drag a stop, a target or a working order to move it at the broker (no confirmation window). Click a leg to edit its quantity, or to move the difference to the next leg.
• No trading account yet? The chart still works, with market data delayed by 10 minutes, for viewing only. Connect a trading account for real-time prices and trading.
• An account in Simulation sends simulated orders only.

• Breakeven - a button in the Trading Room and in Copy trading that moves the stop to the entry price, only when the position is already in profit (it never moves a stop against the position). It mirrors automatically to copy followers. If a follower's new breakeven stop would fill instantly, that follower's move is skipped on purpose - their old stop stays in place and an alert is raised instead.
• Dragging SL/TP and limit orders on the chart - actually moves the order at the broker, with no confirmation dialog.
• Cancel from the chart - mirrors automatically to every copy follower, and so does opening a new working order (not just cancellations).
• Entry/exit markers and a bar-close countdown - shown directly on the chart.
• Trade journal sync for ProjectX and Rithmic, through the existing broker connection.
• A disabled account can still close/exit existing positions - it is only blocked from opening new ones.
• Rithmic fills are now recorded with real prices: per-trade P&L is computed without fees, while the daily P&L total still comes from Rithmic's own reporting (which includes fees) - a small gap between the two, about the fee amount, is expected.

• Register an eval portfolio free, within your plan quota: Start 1, Prop 5, Fleet 15 open portfolios.
• Nothing is charged - not at creation, no card check, and not when you pass.
• Without a plan (including the Copy trading product on its own) an eval portfolio cannot be registered.
• When a portfolio is marked passed or failed, its linked account stops new entries until you press Resume trading.

• Sizing methods: mirror (the default, contract for contract), fixed_qty (a fixed quantity), ratio (a ratio of the leader, minimum 1).
• reverse inverts the direction for followers.
• Group safety actions - flatten all, cancel all, breakeven all - deliberately bypass Simulation and the trading gate, because they only reduce risk. They are recorded as real orders and therefore appear in P&L.

• Chat - the chat bubble in the corner of the screen. Our assistant answers first and can hand you over to a person. You can ask it to email you a transcript of the conversation - it goes only to your account’s email address.
• Contact form - wecore.org/contact, or “Contact us” at the top of this page and in the site footer. Choose a topic (general, billing, technical or partnership). Every message becomes a ticket.
• My tickets - Account → My tickets lists your support conversations, one card per conversation with its own subject and an open / closed status. Open one to read the history, continue in chat, or close the conversation when it is handled. New request starts a new conversation with its own subject (a closed conversation is not reopened).
• A conversation from the site chat appears in your list only if you were signed in when you opened the chat.
• Email - support@wecore.org.
• WhatsApp is used only to verify your phone number - it is not a support channel, and messages there are not answered.

• Questions that depend on your own account data, and any refund, cancellation or account-state request, are handed to a person.
• Never paste a password, broker credentials, a token or a backup code. We will not ask for them, and we do not need them to help you.
