Where does the server run, and who pays for it?

The server opens in your own cloud provider account (DigitalOcean or Linode), after you approve it on the provider’s site. It is yours and you pay the provider directly. We do not charge for it.

What happens if the same alert arrives twice, or the connection drops?

Each account holds one open position per symbol: a repeated entry alert while that position is open is blocked and logged, not sent again. A repeated management alert with the same ID acts only once. You can set a maximum signal age, so a delayed alert is rejected instead of entering at an old price. Stop-loss and take-profit are sent to the broker as working orders, so they stay in place if our connection drops. After a drop the software reconnects on its own and does not resend orders blindly; exits are sized from the real position at the broker. Every signal and order is in your log.

Can I limit daily loss, position size and the number of trades?

Accepted Answer

Daily loss and position size, yes. Per account you can set a maximum daily loss (new entries stop when it is reached; with auto-flatten on, positions are also closed for the rest of the trading day), a maximum position size, a maximum number of open positions and allowed symbols. A kill switch cancels all orders and closes all positions at once. A limit on the number of trades per day is not available as an account setting today. The day is counted by the CME trading day, which starts at 17:00 Chicago time. Your prop firm’s own rules still apply on its side.

How do I revoke access and delete my login details?

Disconnect the account in WeCore: its stored login details are deleted, strategies stop trading on it, and its trade history is kept for your records. Disconnecting does not close open positions, so close them first. For tastytrade (OAuth) you can also remove WeCore’s access in your tastytrade account, and with any broker you can change your password. Your trading server is in your own cloud account, so you can delete it there at any time. Deleting your WeCore account (Settings → Security) cancels subscriptions, disconnects every broker account and wipes the encrypted login details; records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

What is the total cost?

Accepted Answer

Three separate parts. WeCore: your plan, as listed on the payment page. Your trading server: billed directly by your cloud provider (DigitalOcean or Linode); WeCore does not charge for it. Trading costs: commissions, exchange and platform fees, market data and prop-firm fees are charged by your broker or prop firm, not by WeCore. If you send alerts from TradingView, webhook alerts need a paid TradingView plan, billed by TradingView. WeAlgo does not need TradingView.

Can I test the whole flow without sending real orders?

Yes. The built-in WeCore Paper account simulates orders with no broker and no money. You can also connect a broker demo or paper account, and prop-firm evaluation accounts are simulated accounts as well. Every strategy shows a historical backtest, which is hypothetical. Simulated results can differ from live trading because of fills, slippage and timing.

Après une coupure, le logiciel se reconnecte seul et ne renvoie pas d’ordres à l’aveugle ; les sorties sont calculées sur la position réelle chez le courtier. Un bouton d’urgence annule tous les ordres et ferme toutes les positions d’un coup. Une limite du nombre de trades par jour n’existe pas aujourd’hui comme réglage de compte. La journée suit la journée de trading CME, qui commence à 17:00 heure de Chicago. Les règles de votre prop firm continuent de s’appliquer de son côté.

Comment révoquer l’accès et supprimer mes identifiants ?

Nach einem Abbruch verbindet sich die Software selbst neu und sendet Orders nicht blind erneut; Ausstiege richten sich nach der echten Position beim Broker. Jedes Signal und jede Order steht in Ihrem Protokoll.

Kann ich Tagesverlust, Positionsgröße und Anzahl der Trades begrenzen?

Tagesverlust und Größe: ja. Pro Konto können Sie einen maximalen Tagesverlust festlegen (neue Einstiege stoppen, wenn er erreicht ist; mit aktivem Auto-Flatten werden auch die Positionen bis zum Ende des Handelstags geschlossen), eine maximale Positionsgröße, eine maximale Zahl offener Positionen und erlaubte Symbole. Ein Notfallknopf storniert alle Orders und schließt alle Positionen auf einmal. Ein Limit für die Anzahl der Trades pro Tag gibt es heute nicht als Kontoeinstellung. Der Tag richtet sich nach dem CME-Handelstag, der um 17:00 Uhr Chicagoer Zeit beginnt. Die Regeln Ihrer Prop-Firma gelten auf deren Seite weiter.

Wie widerrufe ich den Zugriff und lösche meine Zugangsdaten?

Повторный алерт управления с тем же ID срабатывает только один раз. Можно задать максимальный возраст сигнала, чтобы запоздавший алерт отклонялся, а не входил по старой цене. Стоп-лосс и тейк-профит отправляются брокеру как отложенные ордера, поэтому они остаются в силе, если наше соединение пропадёт. После обрыва программа сама переподключается и не отправляет ордера повторно вслепую; выходы рассчитываются по реальной позиции у брокера. Каждый сигнал и ордер есть в вашем журнале.

Дневной убыток и размер: да. Для каждого счёта можно задать максимальный дневной убыток (новые входы останавливаются при его достижении; при включённом автозакрытии позиции также закрываются до конца торгового дня), максимальный размер позиции, максимальное число открытых позиций и разрешённые символы. Аварийная кнопка отменяет все ордера и закрывает все позиции сразу. Ограничения на число сделок в день сегодня нет в настройках счёта. День считается по торговому дню CME, который начинается в 17:00 по Чикаго. Правила вашей проп-фирмы продолжают действовать на её стороне.

Как отозвать доступ и удалить данные для входа?

Отключите счёт в WeCore: сохранённые данные для входа удаляются, стратегии перестают на нём торговать, а история сделок сохраняется для ваших записей. Отключение не закрывает открытые позиции, поэтому сначала закройте их. Для tastytrade (OAuth) можно также отозвать доступ WeCore в своём аккаунте tastytrade, а у любого брокера можно сменить пароль. Ваш торговый сервер находится в вашем собственном облачном аккаунте, и его можно удалить там в любой момент. Удаление аккаунта WeCore (Настройки → Безопасность) отменяет подписки, отключает все брокерские счета и стирает зашифрованные данные для входа; записи хранятся, как описано в Политике конфиденциальности.

每个账户每个品种只持有一个未平仓头寸：该头寸未平仓时重复到达的开仓警报会被拦截并记录，不会再次发送。带相同 ID 的重复管理警报只执行一次。您可以设置信号最大时效，延迟到达的警报会被拒绝，而不是按旧价格入场。止损和止盈作为挂单发送到经纪商，因此即使我们的连接中断也仍然有效。断线后软件会自动重连，不会盲目重发订单；平仓按经纪商处的真实持仓计算。每个信号和订单都记录在您的日志中。
